Workshop on techniques for dealing with stress at work

Awareness of the impact of stress on the mental health and performance of employees is a key element of modern human resources management.

 

The training provides practical tools and knowledge needed to effectively manage stress and avoid burnout. Thanks to it, participants will become more effective, resistant to stress and able to build a healthier work environment.

Understanding Stress: Participants will gain knowledge about the concepts of stress, its sources, symptoms and effects on health and work.

 

Effective Stress Management: Participants acquire skills to cope with situations of excessive strain and to act effectively in stressful situations.

 

Relaxation Techniques: Participants learn and have the opportunity to practice the most effective relaxation techniques.

 

Emotion Management: Participants gain knowledge about the impact of emotions on behavior and the ability to recognize needs and emotions in the context of stress management.

 

Burnout Prevention: This training helps participants understand burnout, its causes and effects, and provides preventive tools.

Workshop scheme

Each workshop is preceded by a consultation with the trainer, during which the basic goals and assumptions are discussed. Based on the information provided, the trainer prepares an individual training program adapted to the group. Below is a basic program that can be freely modified according to the required needs.

Elżbieta Dönmez

Trainer Elżbieta Dönmez is a Personality Development Specialist, Certified Stress Dynamics Trainer and Mindfulness instructor. She specializes in a holistic approach to burnout prevention. She combines neuroscience with biology and psychology. During her workshops, participants acquire theoretical knowledge and experience stress dynamics during simulated workshop games. This combination makes the knowledge about stress dynamics not only assimilated but also ready for implementation in a real work environment.

How and when to organize?

The training can be organized as an independent workshop or combined with integration activities from the Challenge Box offer - Team building.
