Workshop scheme
Each workshop is preceded by a consultation with the trainer, during which the basic goals and assumptions are discussed. Based on the information provided, the trainer prepares an individual training program adapted to the group. Below is a basic program that can be freely modified according to the required needs.

Trainer Elżbieta Dönmez is a Personality Development Specialist, Certified Stress Dynamics Trainer and Mindfulness instructor. She specializes in a holistic approach to burnout prevention. She combines neuroscience with biology and psychology. During her workshops, participants acquire theoretical knowledge and experience stress dynamics during simulated workshop games. This combination makes the knowledge about stress dynamics not only assimilated but also ready for implementation in a real work environment.
