Workshop on the basics of good communication and effective cooperation

Workshop scheme

Each workshop is preceded by a consultation with the trainer, during which the basic goals and assumptions are discussed. Based on the information provided, the trainer prepares an individual training program adapted to the group. Below is a basic program that can be freely modified according to the required needs.

The “Power of Cooperation” quiz on the effectiveness of cooperation, which shows that great cooperation does not happen by itself - relationships and effective cooperation must be consciously built and launched.

 

Communication comes from the word "communio", which means bond - a mini lecture on the neurobiology of attachment and communication. How to build a bond with another person, about the role of oxytocin, what the habenula is, the reptilian brain, and what elephants have to do with the brain and cooperation.

 

How to build rapport - inspirational film, discussion of principles and training.

 

The Speed of Trust - an experiment and quiz showing why trust has become the new currency in business. About whether control is the highest form of trust, what is the tax on lack of trust and how to build trust with business partners step by step.

 

"Dream team" - how to build a super team. Exercise in subgroups using storytelling and personal experiences of participants. Diagnosis of teams of participants.

 

The Key to Collaboration - Google's Latest Research Aristotle - Discussion of the Importance of Psychological Safety. Test of the Presence of Psychological Safety in Participant Teams.

 

"Become a detective!" - discussion and work on determining the causes of the sinking of the El Faro ship - translating the issue of psychological safety in the team into everyday behaviors and introducing the topic of communication toxins.

 

Communication Detox - discussion of four communication toxins that kill relationships and cooperation in business. Work in small groups on self-diagnosis and principles of working with communication toxins.

  • Overview and training of the GPS communication tool that makes meetings constructive, creative and short.
