The training is conducted on certified tools by an authorized, certified trainer. Each participant receives their own Personality Profile D-I-S-K and materials for development work after the training. Working on certified tools and processes provides certainty of the highest quality of the conducted training and its usefulness in the implementation of tasks in private and professional life.

D-I-S-K is the key to understanding yourself and others. The concept of human behavior, the way of perceiving situations and events. It allows for control over the course of events and changing reactions to them depending on the needs, both in the structures of smaller and larger enterprises.
The training teaches specific languages: Dominant , Initiative , Constant and Corrective . These languages can be used every day, in every situation and to achieve every goal: in communication with a subcontractor, client, friend, subordinate or adversary. Workshop scheme
Each workshop is preceded by a consultation with the trainer, during which the basic goals and assumptions are discussed. Based on the information provided, the trainer prepares an individual training program adapted to the group. During the D-I-S-K workshops, the following training tools and methods are used: mini-lecture, tests, simulation games, discussion, analysis of the group's experiences.

Elżbieta Dönmez
Trainer Elżbieta Dönmez is a Specialist in Personality Development and Stress Dynamics. She graduated from, among others, the School of Business Trainers and the training "Turquoise coach, turquoise leader" whose program is accredited by the Coach Federation. She trained with, among others: Dr. Noni Höfner, Joeren Stek, Jaap Hollander, Dr. Tatiana Krawczyńska-Zaucha, Joanna Czarnecka, Nick Kemp. For years, she has been conducting licensed training in profiling and personality development in the DISK methodology. The participants of her workshops are mainly key management staff and teams from dynamically developing business and non-governmental organizations.
